With a person-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices, I aim to foster connections—with oneself, others, the community, and the environment.

With over a decade of experience as a trauma therapist in Laramie’s most restrictive school setting and simultaneously serving the community through my practice at Moonstone Wellness, I've developed expertise in addressing various challenges, including divorce, trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral challenges and numerous mental health disorders.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wyoming (2007) and a Master's of Science in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wyoming (2014). I am also nationally certified as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (2020) and trained in CBITS: Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Trauma in Schools (2024).

Ongoing education and professional growth lie at the heart of my practice. I offer supervision to clinicians at Moonstone Wellness, fostering a secure environment for learning and discovery within our field—a vital component for delivering exceptional care.

I'm committed to helping individuals cultivate inner peace, confidence, and courage as they navigate their unique paths toward well-being. Whether you're facing challenges or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
